Thursday, January 6th- General Membership Meeting- Annual voting membership meeting. New Board members Start February 1st.

Thursday, February 10th- General Membership Meeting- New Board members introduced. New vendor discussion.

Thursday, March 10th- General Membership Meeting- Registration, uniform changes, meeting with new vendors. Fundraising committee, Snack Stand committee volunteers. Budget review. Insurance renewal 4/1/2022. Registration flyer copies to be developed and copied. 

Thursday, April 7th- General Membership Meeting-Registration opens- Registration Flyers distributed

Thursday, May 5th- General Membership Meeting- Skills and Drills finalize dates and times, Spark times and usage 

Thursday, June 9th- General Membership Meeting- Uniforms, 1st Apparel store open. Budget review.

Thursday, July 14th- General Membership Meeting- Coaches meeting, weigh in procedures for new coaches and parents.

Thursday, August 11th- General Membership Meeting- 1st team commitments for KSL season

Thursday, September 8th- General Membership Meeting- Picture Day weekend needs, Flag and Tackle season Start. Budget review.

Saturday, September 10th- KSL Picture Day Weekend 

Saturday, September 17th- Start of the KSL Tackle Season

Thursday, October 6th- General Membership Meeting- Tackle season update and Flag season updates 

Thursday, November 10th- General Membership Meeting- End of the season meeting: Discussions of helmet reconditioning, snack stand closing, field and equipment return

Thursday December 8th- General Membership Meeting- Nominations for Board seats, election to be held in January. Board seats: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Operations Director, Athletic Director, League Representative. Each will serve a 2- year term. Budget review.
