2026 Upper Dublin Youth Football Club

Upper Dublin Youth Football Club (flag & tackle) is open for all players, girls and boys, 4-13 years old. (flag 4-6 years old / tackle 6-13)

UDYFC is affiliated with the Pop Warner Football League for the 2026 season. Teams are based by age with unlimited weights. Pop Warner REQUIRES that ALL questions in the registration are answered accurately to ensure the correct player information is on file for the safety of all who join the club and league.

*****Please note that multiple age groups may appear when you are registering. Please register your child for the youngest age group offered. *****

**********We ENCOURAGED to REGISTER ASAP as there will be a waitlist based on the number of registrations at each respective age group**********

Teams will be set by age groups but every age may not field a team. UDYFC will look to merge age groups, similar to previous seasons (i.e. age groups 7u, 9u, 11u, 13u)

The specific age groups are still TBD pending final registration numbers.

Tackle: (6-14 years old)

$350 until May 31, 2026

$375 June 1 - July 1, 2026

$400 July 2 - August 1, 2026

Flag: $170 (4-6 years old)

UPPER DUBLIN YOUTH FLAG FOOTBALL

Our youth flag football is an intramural flag program for children ages 4-6 (must turn 4 by/before the start of the season and cannot turn 7 during the season year)

All practices and games are held at SPARK Field
Teams will have one practice and one game each week

Players will work on developing technical skills such as passing, catching, flag pulling and communication

Fun games and scrimmages are used to incorporate new skills that the players learn

Each player will receive a reversible Upper Dublin Flag jersey. The Flag season ends with a trophy presentation.

We are looking for volunteers for Flag Football Coaches to help run the season. Please contact [email protected] if you would like to volunteer.

TACKLE

Our tackle program joined the Pop Warner League in 2025 and it was a SUCCESS! In a typical year, we are proud to be able to field multiple teams for each weight class for ages 6-13
Fielding multiple teams of 18-22 players per team at each weight class enables us to separate teams according to experience and skill level so all the kids can have a positive experience
Summer Camp (Tackle) Camp schedule is TBD and released once confirmed. It typically starts the last week of July through August as the season begins by/before Labor Day weekend
Attending camp will begin to condition the children to play a contact sport. This is also the time that the coaches work with the kids to develop and assure proper techniques are being used on the playing field
Once school starts practices are reduced to two nights/week with one (1) game/week
ALL practices are at SPARK Field

GAMES

Most games are held on Saturday's, but there is a possibility for Friday night or Sunday games. All home games are at SPARK Field. The schedule is TBD and will be released once received.

COACHING

All coaches must pass a comprehensive background check and be certified with USA Football's Heads Up Program. The USA Heads Up is a comprehensive program developed by USA Football to advance player safety.
Our coaches work directly with the Upper Dublin High School coaches to ensure we are teaching the proper fundamentals to the children. Our youth program runs many of the same schemes as the High School, but at a simplified level for the youth players to help make the transition into the High School easier when kids get older.

EQUIPMENT

Upper Dublin Youth Football provides a multi piece pad set for all tackle kids including helmet, shoulder pads and pants which must be returned once the season comes to an end. All players will also receive and be able to keep a game jersey personalized with their last name on the back. The only equipment not provided by UDYFC are cleats, mouth piece, water bottles, athletic supporter & cup.
